Summer Get Together - 2nd July 2011

This years' Summer Get Togther was a really fun afternnon at the Good News Church. The sun was shining, the bouncy castle was up and ready. Attendance was good - 21 adults and 23 children - despite a clash with a much larger fun day at local sports ground.

Younger club and Tiny Tots families enjoyed the indoor and outdoor games - giant darts, swing ball, football, pool, table tennis - to name but a few. A break from the games found many at the craft table - bags, purses, hair bands and egg cups all needed decorating. Others wanted an arm decorated with a flower or a spider or wanted a tiger face or pirate features.

There were plenty of refereshments on offer - tasty jame scones, iced cakes and a hot or cold drink of your choice.

Great, can't wait until next year.
